"My premium keeps going up, I called a couple times to get some answers as to way because I have had no tickets and no traffic accidents yet my premium is reaching over 200$, like I said I called a couple times and emailed her, she has not returned a single phone call to an email, Janet Staub clearly does not care for me as a customer of state farm, I emplore everyone who does have her to find a different agent/insurance, the obviously do not care about the needs or wants of the customers, on top of that the people i did speak to gave me no answers and a ton of excuses as to maybe why it's gone up, I was on the phone for a good 15-20 min yesterday while the after hours agent was just clicking on random things and mumbling into the phone."
